First as a player, then as coach for Windsor Middle School, Windsor Christian High School, and Ursuline High School. This extensive playing background forms the foundation of my coaching philosophy, drawing upon experiences to guide and inspire athletes.

My coaching philosophy transcends the boundaries of the volleyball court. It is rooted in instilling values such as teamwork, discipline, and resilience, fostering not only skilled players but well-rounded individuals on and off the courts.
What do you like best about coaching?
I see volleyball as more than just a sport — it’s a medium for personal and collective growth. My dedication to fostering a love for the game and molding the next generation of volleyball enthusiasts is what makes me continue to coach.
