Volleyball Playing Experience

I’ve been playing volleyball for roughly 9 years. I have experience playing for both club and high school and have played at the collegiate level.

Coaching Experience

This is my second year coaching Aftershock. I have also coached 2 varsity seasons at Healdsburg High School.

Coaching Qualifications

I have completed multiple online trainings about coaching. I also have a large amount of support from my past and current coaches which is extremely helpful. I am CPR/AED certified. I love to share my skills with all of these girls and help them to be the best player and teammate they can be.

Coaching Philosophy

I am committed to helping the players learn and improve their volleyball skills. I aim to create a positive and gratifying environment. Whether it’s about volleyball, or life, my only goal is to be here for these girls while they continue their volleyball journey.

Athletic and/or Coaching Awards

I have multiple athletic awards from both my high school volleyball team and my college volleyball team.

What do you like best about coaching?

My favorite aspect of coaching is being able to watch the players from start to finish. Seeing how much each person has improved over the season and being excited that they will only get better from there.

Personal Fact

One personal fact I always like to share is that I am a Reserve Firefighter. My end career goal is to be a firefighter/paramedic. For now, I am happy volunteering my time for my community and teaching people about volleyball!
