“Mindset, Passion, Teamwork, and Effort are everything. Hard work WILL pay off. Keep practicing and never stop learning and growing. Never think you can't, because you can. Just do it.”
— Jaiden Brooner
Biography
Jaiden has played volleyball for more than nine years across school and club. Playing every position made her a versatile player, and she says it made her a more versatile coach. She started as a setter in middle school, then played defense through high school and college. At Santa Rosa Junior College she played for the women’s team in 2023-2024 and the beach volleyball team in 2026.
She began coaching in 2023, working with club and high school teams and, most recently, the Santa Rosa Junior College men’s club volleyball team. Certified in CPR/First Aid, First Rescuer, SportsNet, IMPACT, and SafeSport, she takes pride in every lesson she’s learned from her own coaches and hopes to pass her experience, knowledge, skills, and love for the game to everyone who wants to learn.
What she loves most about coaching is being a part of an athlete’s journey: providing guidance and motivation, and watching players reach their goals. Seeing them succeed is the best reward. Looking ahead, Jaiden plans to keep playing college volleyball while she studies kinesiology and sports medicine.
