OUR PROGRAMS
Premier vs Power League
Your daughter will train twice a week, compete in weekend tournaments, and grow in ways she won't expect. After tryouts, she's placed on a Power or Premier team, matched to the level where she'll be challenged, supported, and set up to succeed. We want her playing at a level that stretches her abilities without breaking her spirit.
★★★★★ Google Review
We quickly realized there are no favorites, no political pull, and they respect parents and players.
My daughter had lost her love of the game and considered quitting altogether. She cried her first night because she had never been treated so nicely by coaches. This is now her second year and she absolutely loves it. The most honest, organized club who truly cares!
★★★★★ Google Review
I received a parent handbook during tryouts, an email on the selection process, and knew the tournament schedule right away.
Other clubs left parents scrambling with no communication, but we did not have that problem at all. The staff is extremely professional, and the focus is purely on player development—building self-confidence and improving skills. We love our club.

The Season Experience
Here's what a season looks like week to week: practices, tournaments, and travel. The bigger tournaments are where college coaches show up. If that's on your radar, see our college recruiting pathway.
2×/WK
Practices.
Weekday evenings, 1.5–2 hours each. Every team runs the same core systems. Fundamentals, game strategy, and position-specific work. Schedules confirmed before the season starts.
SAT–SUN
Tournaments.
League days start at 8 AM. 4–5 matches over 7–9 hours, with pool play followed by bracket play. Power teams also compete in 3 multi-day majors plus Far Westerns. Premier teams attend 1 major tournament plus all league play.
<90 MIN
Travel.
Day trips for Premier, occasional overnights for Power. Premier stays within 90 minutes of Santa Rosa. Teams can carpool together, and it's one of the best ways to build friendships across families.
NO LIMITS
Multi-Sport.
She doesn't have to choose. No restrictions on outside activities. We expect a strong commitment to her team, but we know she has a full life beyond the court.
Premier or Power.
Same club.
Same coaching. Same competitive fire. Same culture.
Power isn’t the upgrade. Premier isn’t the consolation.
Coaches put her where she’ll get better the fastest. That’s the only criterion.

Coaching & Safety

Is This Right for Her?
We’d rather you make the right decision than a fast one.
Honest Evaluations
Every player who tries out is evaluated on specific skills and effort, not reputation. We place girls on teams where they’ll actually grow, not where parents hope they’ll land.
Development First
If she’s hungry to compete and ready to be coached, she’ll thrive here. If she needs another year, we’ll tell you that too.
Real Commitment
Two practices a week, tournaments on weekends, and $2,200 to $3,500 depending on the team level. The right year matters more than rushing in.
