Philosophy
“Develop amazing young athletes into passionate volleyball players who lead on and off the court.”
— Heather Reichel
Biography
Heather played Division I volleyball at both American University and Pepperdine University. She also made an NCAA tournament Sweet Sixteen appearance during her playing career. As a six-rotation middle blocker, she wants all players to believe they can play any position and succeed.
She has over 10 years of club coaching experience across Washington DC, Los Angeles, the East Bay, and Sonoma County. She also coached at Cuesta College and spent two years coaching high school. She strives to create strong IQ-minded athletes with a desire to compete.
Her favorite thing about coaching is taking her love of volleyball and passing it on to future generations in a positive athletic environment. A mother of four, including twins, Heather understands the family side of club volleyball firsthand.
