Biography
Jamie played volleyball throughout high school and transitioned to coaching through her daughter’s middle school team before moving to the club level. She works particularly well with players 14 and under, focusing on foundational skills with patience and understanding of individual needs.
Her coaching philosophy centers on helping every player discover what makes them valuable to their team. She believes in assigning responsibilities to help girls become leaders and showing how individual skills come together to make a stronger team.
What she likes best about coaching is watching the progression of each player’s skills from the beginning to the end of a season. Originally from New York, she loves spending summers there.
