Skills & Format

Our experienced coaches guide players through:

  • Core techniques — serving, passing, hitting, and defense with drills designed to build consistency
  • Positional development — understanding roles and building skills specific to setters, hitters, passers, liberos/DS, and middles
  • Court confidence — real reps and practice scenarios so skills stick when it counts

During the first week, coaches evaluate players and form groups based on skill level and experience. From there, each session is tailored to what your daughter’s group needs most.

What to bring: Court shoes, knee pads, and a water bottle.

Parking: On-site parking is limited, but there’s usually free additional parking across the street in the evenings.

Parents: You’re welcome to stay and watch!
