Sage Tropf

Sage has been playing volleyball since 6th grade, continuing through high school and into college at Santa Rosa Junior College. She competed in indoor volleyball and now plays beach volleyball at SRJC, where she earned the Certificate of Academic Excellence and Scholar Athlete awards.

She served as assistant coach at Santa Rosa High School in 2025 and is in her first year coaching with Aftershock. Her coaching focuses on creating a positive environment where athletes learn strong fundamentals, build confidence, and enjoy playing.

Sage was a multi-sport athlete growing up, playing soccer, softball, volleyball, basketball, and competitive swimming. She’s also ambidextrous.
